3-Steps to Trenchless Pipe Lining
Video Inspection
We begin all pipe lining projects with a detailed forensic study of the existing pipe system by means of a HD video camera inspection. A digital copy of the video is yours to keep.
Sewer Pipe Cleaning
The sewer system is cleaned using hydro (water) jetting and/or a mechanical cleaning process that removes scale, buildup, debris, blockages and restores flow in the existing pipes.
Lining & Reinstatement
Your cleaned pipes are lined with an epoxy saturated tube (liner). The tube hardens and the new structural line becomes stronger than PVC. A robotic tool is then used to reopen branch lines.

What Is Trenchless Pipelining?
Sewer pipes can decay or experience damage, resulting in leaks, slow drainage, blockages, and other potential problems. Inspections are the first step in identifying and repairing issues. We use innovative techniques like HD video camera inspections, sewer gas leak detection vapor tests and expert visual inspections to determine where the damage is located.
Once the problem areas have been located, conventional sewer repair would necessitate reaching these areas directly, often ripping out flooring and cabinetry or digging trenches through your foundation, hardscapes, and landscape. With trenchless pipe lining, we insert a flexible tube (liner) saturated with epoxy into the damaged pipe and let it cure (harden). The hardened epoxy seals any leaks and covers damage, effectively creating a new pipe within the old failed pipe. This new structural line is strong and often increases flow rate.
The epoxy pipe is highly durable, leak-free, and expected to last for 50 years. It is also smoother than most original pipe lining materials, making for faster drainage in most repaired pipe.
