3-Steps to Trenchless Pipe Lining
We begin all pipe lining projects with a detailed forensic study of the existing pipe system by means of a HD video camera inspection. A digital copy of the video is yours to keep.
Sewer Pipe Cleaning
The sewer system is cleaned using hydro (water) jetting and/or a mechanical cleaning process that removes scale, buildup, debris, blockages and restores flow in the existing pipes.
Lining & Reinstatement
Your cleaned pipes are lined with an epoxy saturated tube (liner). The tube hardens and the new structural line becomes stronger than PVC. A robotic tool is then used to reopen branch lines.

What Is Trenchless Pipe Lining?
Most sewer and drainage pipes are built beneath a structure or within the walls, traveling through the foundation and inside or under the rest of your property. Accessing these pipes for conventional repair could mean digging trenches underneath landscaping, tunneling through a foundation, or removing flooring and cabinetry inside your home. Once technicians reach the pipe, it would still have to be replaced, requiring toilet and water shutoffs during the process, which can take weeks at a time.
With trenchless pipe lining, we are able to repair pipes from existing accessible areas such as toilets, outside plumbing cleanouts, rooftop vent stacks, or small created access points, with no need to dig trenches or tunnel through a foundation. Instead, we insert a specialized liner (tube) saturated with epoxy into the existing failed sewer pipe. The liner (tube) is then cured and becomes a strong new structural line.
The result is an essentially new pipe right inside the old deteriorated piping. Our pipe lining product comes with a 50-year life use expectancy and is often smoother than the original piping material, allowing for enhanced flow.
