3-Steps to Trenchless Pipe Lining
We begin all pipe lining projects with a detailed forensic study of the existing pipe system by means of a HD video camera inspection. A digital copy of the video is yours to keep.
Sewer Pipe Cleaning
The sewer system is cleaned using hydro (water) jetting and/or a mechanical cleaning process that removes scale, buildup, debris, blockages and restores flow in the existing pipes.
Lining & Reinstatement
Your cleaned pipes are lined with an epoxy saturated tube (liner). The tube hardens and the new structural line becomes stronger than PVC. A robotic tool is then used to reopen branch lines.

Trenchless Pipe Lining and Sewer Repair Company Serving Miramar, Florida
Here in Miramar, our city motto is “Beauty and Progress.” Our trenchless sewer pipe repair services reflect that motto perfectly. We utilize advanced techniques to bring minimally-invasive pipe repair to your home or commercial property.
Traditional sewer pipe repair requires a major impact on large portions of your property, digging trenches through the very foundation it stands on. Rather than ruin the beauty of your home, we use a technologically advanced approach known as cured-in-place pipe (CIPP). With these innovations and our highly trained technicians, repairing aged, damaged, or leaking pipes has become more efficient than ever before.
All sewer lines have a lifespan. Here in South Florida, the natural elements accelerate the aging process. Florida’s wet and humid conditions, coupled with high winds and extreme heat are particularly hard on sewer lines. It is possible your sewer pipes might have issues sooner than you anticipated.
When they do, Pipelining Technologies, Inc. is here to help with “trenchless pipe lining.” Taking the place of destructive and costly repair methods, trenchless pipelining is the recommended solution for sewer pipe repair. If you are noticing problems with your sewer lines, or want to be proactive call us today at 561-853-5463 to set up an inspection appointment.

About Trenchless Pipe Lining
A sewer pipe is not easily accessible. It is built into, beneath, and through a home, so conventionally accessing it traditionally would mean tearing up floors, removing walls or cabinets, tunneling into a concrete foundation, or ripping up your landscaping. As an added inconvenience, this process also involves extensive water shutoffs, and taking out sewer pipe can release harmful agents into the air inside your home.
Trenchless pipe lining is an innovative, more effective way to repair sewer pipes. Used throughout Europe for over 50 years, and trusted by nearly every municipality in the United States, Pipelining Technologies, Inc. provides this specialized service in Miramar. With trenchless pipe lining repair, we do not damage your home’s structure, instead, we access the sewer pipe from existing and small access points, which tremendously reduces the impact on your property and helps reduce your costs.
We insert an epoxy-saturated liner (tube) into the existing pipe. We then gently inflate the tube and allow it to cure (harden). When this tube becomes hard, it forms an essentially new, structural pipe within the old pipe. This new pipe liner has several advantages:
- Highly Durable
- Life Use Expectancy of 50 Years
- Leak-Free – May Increase Original Flow
This pipe lining process is faster than conventional repair methods and can take place over a few days, requiring minimal water shutoffs, and does not require you to leave your home. The process is cost-effective, both for the service and because you no longer need to replace your finishes.
If you suspect issues with your sewer pipe, we can inspect your drainage lines and determine your best course of action.
Who Is Trenchless Pipelining For?
Trenchless pipelining works on nearly any type of sewer system, including private homes, apartments and condominiums, commercial, and industrial buildings. Whether the system has a small damaged area or leak or needs to be renewed entirely, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) is ideal. Additionally, it is compatible with existing pipe materials such as:
- Cast Iron Pipes
- Orangeburg Pipes
- Lead Pipes
- PVC Pipes
- Clay Pipes and more
The flexible liners for trenchless pipe lining fit through complicated bends, lateral, vertical, and branching sewer pipes.
