3-Steps to Trenchless Pipe Lining
We begin all pipe lining projects with a detailed forensic study of the existing pipe system by means of a HD video camera inspection. A digital copy of the video is yours to keep.
Sewer Pipe Cleaning
The sewer system is cleaned using hydro (water) jetting and/or a mechanical cleaning process that removes scale, buildup, debris, blockages and restores flow in the existing pipes.
Lining & Reinstatement
Your cleaned pipes are lined with an epoxy saturated tube (liner). The tube hardens and the new structural line becomes stronger than PVC. A robotic tool is then used to reopen branch lines.

About Trenchless Pipe Lining
When a property is first built, sewer pipes are buried within it. They run underneath the flooring, behind walls, and beneath driveways. Because of their location, traditionally replacing sewer pipes is costly, time-consuming, and incredibly invasive to the property.
The old fashioned process involves digging trenches through the building’s foundation and removing large portions of flooring, cabinets, and walls to access any pipe that needed to be replaced. Once the damaged section of pipe was replaced and the trenches resealed, any finishings that were removed also had to be replaced by the property owner.
Pipe lining eliminates the need for destructive trench digging. Instead of ripping out flooring and walls, we utilize small access points and existing openings such as your toilet lines to restore your faulty pipes from within.
Here’s how it works:
- A video inspection of the sewer pipes detects any issues within your sewer system
- We thoroughly clean and descale the pipes to restore the original diameter and prepare the surface for lining
- An epoxy-saturated liner is inserted directly into the existing pipe and allowed to harden. The new structural line is strong, with a hardness similar to PVC and a 50-year life use expectancy!
Trenchless pipe lining, also known as cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) has been trusted in Europe for decades and is used in nearly every municipality in the US.
- Convenient – Trenchless pipe lining can be completed in a matter of days and there is no need to relocate during the process.
- Cost Effective – There is no need for major demolition or refinishing – resulting in 30%-40% average cost savings.
- Safe – Because no trenching or pipe harvesting is needed, we have reduced the possibility of releasing bacteria and harmful particles into the air in and around your home.
Trenchless pipelining works with most existing pipe materials, including PVC, cast iron, clay, orangeburg, and others, and is compatible with lateral, vertical, bent, and branched systems.
Our expert team has the training and equipment to conduct comprehensive inspections of sewer drainage lines using:
- HD Recorded Video – you receive a digital copy along with a report of our findings
- Sewer Gas Leak Detection Vapor Testing (Non-toxic, petroleum-free, pet-safe)
- Visual Inspections – we check for tell-tale signs of visible pipe problems
With a thorough inspection, we can identify environmental concerns such as root intrusion, material deterioration with cast iron or other sources, fats/oils/grease buildup, leaks, cracks, or damaged areas to ensure you receive the most effective repair solution.
For sewer pipe repair in Sunshine Acres, Royal Palm Ranches, and other Cooper City neighborhoods, it is important to repair deteriorating pipes before they cause significant damage to your property.
