3-Steps to Trenchless Pipe Lining
We begin all pipe lining projects with a detailed forensic study of the existing pipe system by means of a HD video camera inspection. A digital copy of the video is yours to keep.
Sewer Pipe Cleaning
The sewer system is cleaned using hydro (water) jetting and/or a mechanical cleaning process that removes scale, buildup, debris, blockages and restores flow in the existing pipes.
Lining & Reinstatement
Your cleaned pipes are lined with an epoxy saturated tube (liner). The tube hardens and the new structural line becomes stronger than PVC. A robotic tool is then used to reopen branch lines.

What’s Wrong With Your Sewer Pipe?
All sewer pipes will deteriorate over time. Most materials, such as cast iron, are sensitive to the elements, and in places like Palm Springs, where the weather can be harsh at different times of the year, sewer pipes are even more likely to be faced with challenges, including:
- Tree Root Intrusions
- Pipeline Decay
- Fat/Oil/Grease/Solid Buildup
If you notice or suspect any problems with your pipes, a diagnostic sewer pipe video inspection can help determine where the problem is and how best to repair it. Once your inspection is completed, you will receive a digital copy of the video along with a full report of our findings and recommendations.
Trenchless Pipe Lining with Pipelining Technologies, Inc.
Trenchless pipe lining is different from conventional pipe repair because it is much less intrusive to your property. The process is streamlined and takes a fraction of the time than old-fashioned dig-and-replace methods. Our customers are thrilled to learn that they can continue living in their home during installation and will not have to worry about long term water shutoff as with conventional repairs.
Trenchless pipe lining has been used in Europe since 1970 and is trusted by nearly every municipality in the U.S. to repair large pipes under roads, bridges, and historic sites. Pipelining Technologies brought this exciting industry to South Florida property owners more than 15 years ago, and we’ve lined thousands of pipes throughout our area. We service residential, commercial, condominium, and industrial properties.
Here’s How Pipe Lining Works
Once the pipes have been professionally prepared by cleaning and descaling, we insert an epoxy saturated tube (liner) directly into your current sewer pipe. The lining is able to go around bends, into branch lines, and completely seal around the old failed pipes. The lining hardens (cures), forming a new strong structural line that is expected to last for 50 years of use.
We’ve streamlined the steps of pipe lining:
- Diagnostic Video Camera Inspection
- Mechanical Sewer Pipe Cleaning & Descaling
- Pipe Lining with Robotic Branch Reinstatements
