3-Steps to Trenchless Pipe Lining
We begin all pipe lining projects with a detailed forensic study of the existing pipe system by means of a HD video camera inspection. A digital copy of the video is yours to keep.
Sewer Pipe Cleaning
The sewer system is cleaned using hydro (water) jetting and/or a mechanical cleaning process that removes scale, buildup, debris, blockages and restores flow in the existing pipes.
Lining & Reinstatement
Your cleaned pipes are lined with an epoxy saturated tube (liner). The tube hardens and the new structural line becomes stronger than PVC. A robotic tool is then used to reopen branch lines.

Sewer Pipe Repair in Juno Beach
Pipelining Technologies, Inc. is the local leader in sewer repair. We provide the most advanced and trusted technologies to solve almost every type of sewer pipe leak or damage. It all starts with a thorough video camera inspection.
- HD Camera – We use a specialized HD video camera to navigate through your sewer pipes to find every possible leak, sign of aging, decay, root intrusion, or evidence of damage. Following our inspection, you will receive a digital copy of the video, along with a not-to-scale line drawing and a complete report of findings.
- Sewer Gas Leak Vapor Testing (AKA: smoke testing) – If needed, we can also use non-toxic, pet-safe vapor testing to detect sewer gas leaks. These types of tests can spot minuscule openings that may be otherwise difficult to find. Vapor testing is also an effective method for identifying areas where rodents or insects may be entering the building.
- Visual Inspection – Included in our service is an expert visual inspection of the property. We look for signs of damage, displacement, disruption, or unusual repair, and locate the property’s drainage cleanout, rooftop vents (if necessary), water fixtures, and more.
Our sewer pipe inspection services in Juno Beach allow us to identify problem areas. Our trenchless pipe lining solutions have led us to become the leading choice for sewer pipe repair in South Florida.
Sewer pipes are usually hidden inside of walls, behind cabinets, under the foundation, or throughout your hardscapes and landscaping. Old fashioned sewer pipe repair involves digging trenches through all those areas, adding to the expense, frustration, and time it takes to repair your property. Trenchless pipe lining seals and restores the pipe from within, using an epoxy saturated tube to create a new, structural line inside the damaged pipeline and restoring your service to like-new condition.
Who is Trenchless Pipe Lining For?
Trenchless pipe lining is the best approach to sewer pipe repair for condos, homes, apartments, and commercial and industrial buildings. It is effective for nearly all types of pipe including:
- Cast Iron Pipe
- Clay Pipe
- Orangeburg Pipe
- PVC/Plastic Pipe
- Lead Pipe, and Others
Pipe lining, also called cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), is minimally invasive to your home, saves time, and creates a new structural liner that has a 50-year life use expectancy. Our customers tell us they save an average of 30%-40% over the cost of conventional pipe replacement and repairs.
The conventional process can be lengthy and water/sewer service is likely to be off for an extended period of time, making living in the building difficult or impossible. As a licensed plumbing contractor for more than 35 years, we saw firsthand the difficulties associated with conventional plumbing repair or replacement. That’s why we chose more than 15 years ago to provide advanced, minimally-invasive pipe lining solutions.
Trenchless pipe lining eliminates nearly all of the destruction and resulting surface repairs. The technology was originally developed in Europe and has been practiced since 1970. Today, nearly every government municipality in the US utilizes trenchless pipe lining to restore large-diameter pipes that run under roads, bridges, waterways, and more. That very same technology can be performed in your property by the expert team at Pipelining Technologies, Inc.
