3-Steps to Trenchless Pipe Lining
We begin all pipe lining projects with a detailed forensic study of the existing pipe system by means of a HD video camera inspection. A digital copy of the video is yours to keep.
Sewer Pipe Cleaning
The sewer system is cleaned using hydro (water) jetting and/or a mechanical cleaning process that removes scale, buildup, debris, blockages and restores flow in the existing pipes.
Lining & Reinstatement
Your cleaned pipes are lined with an epoxy saturated tube (liner). The tube hardens and the new structural line becomes stronger than PVC. A robotic tool is then used to reopen branch lines.

What is Trenchless Pipe Lining
Pipe repair used to mean substantial demolition of a property. In order to access pipes below a foundation, trenches would be dug through the concrete. Flooring, cabinetry, and other finishes were removed. Pipes housed within walls meant that walls were opened, all to access the pipes. Once the pipes were repaired, the property owner was left with the daunting task of renovating the finishes affected by the destructive trenches.
Trenchless pipe lining eliminates the need for demolition. We repair your pipes from within. Using your existing pipelines as a host, we insert a custom-built, flexible, epoxy-soaked tube completely through the pipe. The tube (liner) is cured and becomes structural, sealing out any leaks, cracks, channeling, tree roots, and more. It’s strong, with a hardness similar to PVC, and has a life use expectancy of 50+ years!
Signs of Pipe Problems
Some signs of sewer pipe problems are easy to spot – leaks, backups, flooding. Some indicators can be rather obscure. Here is a list of things to watch out for:
- Extra-green patch of lush grass
- Crack in Slab Foundation
- Pest/Rodent Infestation
- Slow Drains
