3-Steps to Trenchless Pipe Lining
Video Inspection
We begin all pipe lining projects with a detailed forensic study of the existing pipe system by means of a HD video camera inspection. A digital copy of the video is yours to keep.
Sewer Pipe Cleaning
The sewer system is cleaned using hydro (water) jetting and/or a mechanical cleaning process that removes scale, buildup, debris, blockages and restores flow in the existing pipes.
Lining & Reinstatement
Your cleaned pipes are lined with an epoxy saturated tube (liner). The tube hardens and the new structural line becomes stronger than PVC. A robotic tool is then used to reopen branch lines.

You Have a Choice for Sewer Pipe Repair
Conventional Repair/Replacement
In the past, property owners had only one option: dig trenches through the foundation in order to remove and replace damaged sewer pipes. The process also included demolishing or removing anything in the way of accessing the pipe, including large portions of walls, cabinets, fixtures, tiles, and more. Once the pipes were fixed, the rest of the repairs to the homes would begin.
Trenchless Pipe Lining
With trenchless pipe lining, there’s minimal intrusion to your property, which means we are able to preserve your home’s finishes. We enter your current pipe system through a small access point and through your home’s outside cleanout, toilet access, or rooftop stack (if necessary). An epoxy-saturated tube (liner) is inserted into the current pipeline and allowed to cure into a structural line. The high-tech product can go around bends, into branchlines, and seals out cracks, leaks, and tree roots. The new liner is strong and has a 50-year life use expectancy. The smooth liner may even facilitate better flow than your original pipes.
The process is also faster, more cost-efficient, and less likely to release dangerous particles into the air than conventional repairs. This approach works for most pipe materials including:
