3-Steps to Trenchless Pipe Lining
Video Inspection
We begin all pipe lining projects with a detailed forensic study of the existing pipe system by means of a HD video camera inspection. A digital copy of the video is yours to keep.
Sewer Pipe Cleaning
The sewer system is cleaned using hydro (water) jetting and/or a mechanical cleaning process that removes scale, buildup, debris, blockages and restores flow in the existing pipes.
Lining & Reinstatement
Your cleaned pipes are lined with an epoxy saturated tube (liner). The tube hardens and the new structural line becomes stronger than PVC. A robotic tool is then used to reopen branch lines.

Traditionally, replacing sewer pipes involves digging trenches through your foundation, tearing up walls, floors, cabinetry, and more in order to access the pipes for replacement.
That’s why we chose to specialize in “trenchless pipe lining” – the most efficient, least-invasive technology available for repairing drainage pipes on your property. Pipe lining does not require digging trenches through the foundation or removing finishes in order to get to the pipes. Instead, small access points are used to insert an epoxy filled tube into the existing failed pipe. The tube (liner) is then inflated within the pipe and allowed to harden (cure) into a structural line. It becomes essentially a new pipe within the old pipe. Our product has a 50-year life use expectancy!
