San Remo Condominiums

Pipelining Technologies, Inc. was contracted to clean and structurally line an abounding 10,000 linear feet of cast iron drainage pipes. This substantial project kept an entire crew busy for the better part of a year. Working at San Remo was been a beautifully orchestrated effort between San Remo Property Manager, Kim Exteen, and PTI’s management and hard-working field technicians.

San Remo is a Boca Raton, Florida Community of Oceanfront Condominiums consisting of 6 Buildings which are named:

• Villa Raphael
• Villa Verona
• Villa Milano
• Villa Flora
• Villa Diano
• Villa Capri

The Board at San Remo opted for the use of trenchless pipe lining for their repair method in order to save on costs all the while receiving a better end product than new cast iron with minimal destruction to surroundings.

The scope of work below applies to all 6 buildings. All of the vertical stacks and horizontal underground lines in each building were rehabilitated.

The Scope of Work included:

• Pre-video inspection of the pipes to be lined
• Thorough cleaning of the pipes’ interiors
• The structural lining of all vertical stacks and underground lines
• Post-video inspection of each newly lined pipe
