Pipelining Technologies, Inc. successfully rehabilitated over 24,000 linear feet of aging cast iron sanitary, kitchen, and stormwater lines at Lake Point Tower in Old Port Cove–a stunning 23-story waterfront condominium nestled within 3.17 acres of lush tropical landscaping.

Using advanced cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology, we fully restored the aged pipes with precision and care, protecting walls, cabinets, fixtures, and floors—all without invasive demolition. The project was completed with minimal disruption to residents of this luxurious property. Working efficiently from the roof, our team ensured the building’s daily operations and pristine appeal remained untouched.

With the new structural lining in place, the system operates at full capacity. The outcome is a smooth, corrosion-resistant lining that extends the life of the building’s sewer system and storm water lines by over 50 years.
